Sammie and Michelle reflect on why they deleted their social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc) a couple years ago and the upsides of being offline. They look at how social media prevents people from finding their purpose. They give suggestions for controlling social media usage and why it may be worth it to completely delete the social media apps.
